Weekend Recap

Weekend Rrecap by jadore-fashion.com

Hi everyone! How did you spend your
valentine’s day and how was your weekend? I had dinner with my husband on valentine’s
day and the weekend was an extended valentine’s day as he planned a surprise
treat for me. He took me and our munchkin for a weekend getaway at the Ritz in
VA. I felt relaxed and did nothing but crawl up in bed with my iPad, eating
mangoes, smoothies and waffles.

On our way back home, I stopped at the
‘Macaroon bee’ in DC as I have a new obsession i.e. vanilla and coconut
macaroons. I definitely recommend either. Has anyone tried macaroons? What is
your favorite flavor? When we got home in the evening, I exhausted myself
organizing my closet. This post is about my weekend and if you follow me onInstagram, twitterorFacebook,
you might have seen some of the pictures.

All I did was eat and relax 😉

I stopped
by BabyGap and I couldn’t resist buying these items (Gap Knit Rabbit hat & graphic bodysuit) for my little munchkin. Believe
me, this is actually one of the first baby items I have purchased.

I love
the demarcated drawers which have glass overlays…can’t wait for last
installation of the closet. I plan to do a video tour once everything is put

One of my latest purchases of the year, Nicholas Kirkwood shoes.

Thank you for reading…look out for my first pregnancy video coming soon on my YouTube channel 🙂

Weekend Recap

It seems like my weekend revolved around food…well, for
the most part. I stayed indoors on Saturday because I wasn’t feeling too good.
On Sunday, I regained some strength and was able to attend a friend’s
anniversary dinner which ended up as a surprise engagement proposal. I was in
on the plan months ago – a tough secret to keep. It was a lovely evening with
friends, great Italian dishes (my favorite) and one could feel the love in the
air. At the end of the day, the whole room was filled with ‘awwww’, tears and

Love the Holiday spirit and the decoration at the Della Notte restaurant

I ate Tortiglioni with mix veggies

Hubby had Pollo Mattone

Hope you all had a great weekend!
