Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. My weekends are usually spent with my baby Nolan and running mini errands in preparation for the new week. It rained this past weekend so I stayed indoors catching up on the new season of ‘Homeland’. Does anyone watch Homeland? My husband and I are obsessed with the show. While my hubby has been a fan for a while, I discovered the show in December 2012 during our Christmas vacation in Canada. My in-laws and I watched the show back-to-back through the night until about 5am… fun memories.
The weather is gradually changing and so are my outfit colors. Fall and winter always bring out the ‘burgundy’ in me. The mixture of burgundy and mustard reminds me of fall and fall leaves i.e. a reflection of warmth. As soon as I saw this asos skirt, I was smitten by the length and color. Besides the color, I love the big pockets in the front and the side slits.. love unique details on any item. I paired it with a mustard tank to bring out the burgundy color then added a neutral blazer and pumps for a subtle touch. Of course, it will not be a complete J’adore-Fashion outfit without a statement piece. In this case my leopard clutch (previous worn here) was perfect for the look.
