Bump Style: White Dress

pregnancy style, midi white dress,
What I Am Wearing:
Dress (Non-maternity for $43 here or here, love this here/here...more white dress here/here; maternity white dress here) // Earring (here, more here) // Christian Louboutin pumps (here, budget friendly here)

I look for 'stretchy' pieces when styling my bump because they are very comfortable and adjust to the waist line. With such pieces, I have the flexibility of shopping not only from the maternity section but from all clothing sections as such, I can wear the same clothes after my pregnancy .This is why I love this white dress ; I definitely plan on wearing it after my pregnancy and the dress will be a great outfit to a spring/summer event. For a pop of color, I paired with bold blue drop earrings.

Easter Weekend: Off Shoulder and White Denim

off shoulder stripe tunic,
What I Am Wearing:
Off shoulder top (here/ more herehere/here) // Jeans (similar here/here/here) // Chloe bag (options here, here)

Happy Easter and Happy Friday! Today’s post is something light and casual for the Easter weekend. First, I want to thank you all for the love shown regarding our pregnancy announcement. You had me tearing up (probably the hormones...LOL!). I sincerely appreciate it all! xoxo

I am enjoying the spring warm weather and I am so excited to style my growing bump. While some outfit pieces might change slightly, my style will remain the same. I will continue to wear outfits that are not limited to expecting mums for example, Off shoulder tops   remain must haves for spring and summer! This stripe off shoulder tunic is on sale for less than $45. The "flowy" feel makes it perfect for my bump. I love the ruffle trimmed elastic shoulder and puffy sleeves. It is light and airy for spring/summer.

White denim is another piece that I am loving right now. It is a great fresh take to the season. The combination of the light blue off shoulder and white jeans adds a fresh start to my Easter weekend.

Have a great Easter weekend! P.S. Last day to shop 25% off at Shopbop.

Personal Shopping Assistant: eBay ShopBot

At times, shopping could be time consuming when it takes a while to find something perfect within my budget or when I am looking for an item I spot online or in a magazine. During these shopping moments, I wish I had a personal shopping assistant or something that will make shopping a lot easier.

My wish came true a few weeks ago when I was introduced to eBay ShopBot...omg! I have been obsessed with it ever since! I always use eBay to search for prior designs of shoes and clothing and if you use eBay, the ShopBot is right at your fingertips and it will make things easier.

I bet you are wondering what eBay ShopBot is all about; eBayShopBot is your own 'personal shopping assistant' right inside Facebook Messenger. It helps simplify your shopping experience. It 's like texting your own personal assistant or friend with what you are looking for or simply taking a picture of an item that you are searching for and it will return a list of items that fit your criteria. All you need is a mobile phone and you will have that personal shopping experience. One of my favorite aspect of the ShopBot is the ability to search using text, photos or by speech. You can also save your clothing sizes and it will always search items within those ranges. It works best using your phone. It is also best to take the picture against a plain background because it can pick up surrounding items which could hinder the search.

How To Use eBay ShopBot
  1. Download the Facebook Messenger app for iOs or Android if you don't have it already Add "ebay ShopBot” as a friend
  2. Click "Start Shopping" above to get a message from ShopBot
  3. In Facebook Messenger, take a picture of the fashion item that you are looking for or type in a word to get started.
  4. You can also customize your search by color, price, and size

My experience with the ShopBot has been a good one. I searched by typing ‘Miu Miu round sunglasses’ into the Messenger and I was amazed at the options returned. I was able to save those I liked and modified the descriptions and price for budget friendly options. I also took a picture of my Chloe shoulder bag to search for similar budget friendly shoulder bags and similar items were returned.

My blog post was written as part of my collaboration with eBay.

Monochromatic For Work

work style, grey tones, monochromatic,
What I Am Wearing:
Skirt (here, similar here, more options here/here) // Cami top (here - go down a size for this cami, more tops here) // Zara coat (old, try this herehere or here, more here)

Today is all about a monochromatic work style look. It is fun to dabble in different color spectrums as shown in my previous work style in a yellow toned look here - bold and bright for spring.

Today's look revolves around grey tones and while it is subtle, it still creates a presence. Here are some tips to styling different shades: To comfortably style a monochromatic look, it is best to start with colors you find comfortable or muted ones such as navy, grey or brown. Try incorporating different shades/color tones and texture as this will help create a visible dimension to the look.

For today’s post, I paired a wool pencil skirt and a coat. I applied the 'different shades tip' by mixing different shades of grey with the grey cami. I completed the look with black pumps for emphasis.

Gingham Midi Skirt

gingham midi pencil skirt,
What I Am Wearing:
Skirt (here, more skirts here, more gingham pieces here) // Cami top (here - go down a size for this cami, more tops here) // Payless shoes (c/o here, similar here/here)  // Forever 21 trench (here, options here/here)

Happy New Month Friends and Hello April! The days are going by so fast and it is beautiful seeing the spring flowers blossom and the weather is warming up which makes me happy. With spring in the air, it is time to bring out the trench coat since Trench coats and spring go hand in hand - perfect accessories for casual and work looks.

Today's look is a work style inspired look tailored to the spring weather. This gingham midi pencil skirt has an elegant and fun twist to it. The gingham pattern is a must-have for spring. The side slits add a fun feel to the skirt and I paired the skirt with a light grey V-neck cami. The cami complements the gingham colors and the racerback detail adds another fun take to the look. I completed the look with a black trench coat and a yellow block heel for a pop of's spring, so why not add some color!
