In a few hours, we will usher in 2016. I am grateful to God for his enduring mercies and I can't thank you all enough for your support and readership. Thank you for helping me to achieve my dreams.

Are you ready for 2016? The New Year is a day away and there are so many events planned to usher in 2016. From New Year’s Eve celebrations to New Year celebrations and weddings, my Instagram feed shows people are definitely excited for the New Year.

This wine jacquard dress will be great for an event you plan on attending in the New Year especially weddings; I love the deep wine color and rose details. Though a simple dress, it is unique for the prints and subtle design on the waist. I will wear one of Chicwish ‘s dresses for my next event...trying to decide between this baroque mustard dress and this white and black dress

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great Christmas celebration and I hope your holiday went well. I had an awesome Christmas and now, I am looking forward to the New Year. I can't believe 2015 has just a few days left. What are your plans for New Year Eve’s celebration? If you are attending an event or you just want to dress up, this red dress will be perfect. Christmas Eve In Pajamas

Holidays are all about family and this Christmas will not be different. Since Nolan was born, we started a family traditional of wearing festive pajamas on Christmas Eve. I posted last year's picture on Instagram and the year before here. I shop for the PJs and get most of hubby’s and Nolan's from Old Navy and Gap. Most of mine are from Victoria secret, Target or Nordstrom.

This year’s Christmas Eve will be spent wrapping presents and playing Christmas songs (which Nolan enjoys). I play Christmas songs whenever Nolan is around and he has gotten fond of it; I recently asked him what song he wanted to listen to and he yelled 'Christmas song' with a huge smile on his face and a funny dance step. I will try and capture more of those moments on my Snapchat: Jadore-Fashion.

Plaids remain one of my favorite pieces to wear during the holidays. When I was young, my mum always dressed me up in plaid dresses with ribbons and in my early teens I was obsessed with my grandma's plaid skirts and wished I could have them. Today, not surprising, I am still in love with plaids.

For today's look, I incorporated plaid on plaid in an androgynous way by pairing with a bow tie. The colors are vibrant and timeless; plaids are definitely a classic fall trend.

Hi everyone and hope you had a great weekend. I stayed home all weekend recovering from a dental procedure; eating has been quite painful and I hope to be better before Christmas. Thanks a lot for your get-well wishes; I appreciate you all.

Can you believe Christmas is less than five days way? I am so ready to relax and eat all the yummy food (if my teeth will allow). What are you plans? If you are yet to complete your Christmas shopping, check out gift ideas for the special man or lady in your life and also ideas for the kids.

Today's post is a holiday outfit with slight deviation from the typical festive colors. You can wear the outfit to work events and the print and floral pants add a fun vibe to a look. I previously styled the pants here with a printed top but for this post, I incorporated a structured tiered peplum top and paired with a skinny belt to accentuate the waist and peplum details. In a festive mood, I wore a necklace to complete the look.

Once I get the remaining gifts for my hubby and son, my holiday shopping should be complete. It is great to get gifts similar to the likes of the recipients for example, my husband will love a monogrammed / graphic mug or a donut maker - really cute and fun. Also daily items like dress shirts  and buffalo plaid gloves  will be cool.

I will be getting Nolan more winter clothes, sweaters and cozy blankets. Check out my Instagram to see the "Elephant blanket" (so soft and cozy) and it will be a great gift for a baby or toddler. Nolan’s gifts will also include pajamas,  learning games, and fun toys.

Today's post is a holiday inspired look that gives an easy outfit transition from work to “work party”. I love the fit and style of this tuxedo blazer and pants. In line with the male inspired look, I added a bow tie and completed the look with my round clutch.

Happy Monday friends! In the blink of an eye, the weekend went by quickly; I however had a productive one. I posted clips of our holiday photoshoot on my Snapchat: Jadore-Fashion. It was so much fun and definitely interesting shooting with my 2 year old. I can't wait to share it all with you. I also put up more Christmas decor around the house; check out my Instagram to see how I decorated the fire place.

The suit on this post is one of my favorites and it feels very classy. I paired the gold suit with a white shirt and bow tie - a great outfit for holiday events.

If you are unsure about wearing a gold suit set, you can pair separately. The gold blazer and tuxedo pants will look awesome and the gold pants with a black blazer will exude class. Either way, you are guaranteed to stand out at that holiday party.

Though the color “Pastel” is synonymous with spring and summer, it is great when worn in the fall or winter. The soft and muted hues of pastel add a vibrant feel to the cold days of such seasons.

Today's look is all about a work style that incorporates pastel colors for the fall and winter season.  I started with a pastel shade around which the overall look is styled and paired the “ pink pants  with a beige shirt . I completed the look with a dark lipstick for contrast to make the pastel color stand out.

Christmas is right around the corner and the color “red” is great for the season. This "Jadore Peplum" dress fits like glue; I love the stretchy fabric and the exaggerated peplum detail. Another way to style this show stopper dress is by pairing it with a button down shirt...similar to this look. For this post, I showcased just the dress and completed the look with few black accessories.

Hi everyone! Happy Monday and hope you had a great weekend. Our annual Family Christmas photo session is scheduled for next Saturday so we spent the weekend scouting for locations. Today’s post is another great holiday look and you can't go wrong in a "Little Black Dress" (LBD). I love this “ICON Closet LBD” for its unique features. The pleats, tiers and V-details add so much “oomph” to the dress. Can we say, “…this dress is not so little?” It is classy, feminine and perfect for that Christmas event. I completed the look with classic pumps and red lipstick for a festive vibe.

Sometimes, all a girl needs is something casual and today’s look exemplifies what I will wear this holiday season to a brunch with friends. I can’t get enough of the fringe details of the top and all things “fringe” exudes holiday and fun to me. For example, I don’t mind wearing this fringe vest to a holiday dinner event with the ladies.

For today’s post, I paired the fringe top with my favorite flared jeans…Yep! I love it and this not the first or second time I styled the jeans. I completed the look with high platform shoes to complement the outfit.

Like me, I bet most people at times have difficulty in picking up Christmas gifts. I like to create a list of gift ideas and narrow it down afterwards to specific recipients. Over the years, I found out that females appreciate items that they use every day or something that pertains to a hobby. For example, a lady that is into skincare and beauty will love this makeup palette or a contour kit. For me, anything related to fashion especially shoes, will make my day. I also love quirky and fun gifts such a graphic mugs, beanies and arts and I will not mind this Olympus camera which will come in handy for candid photo shoots.

Wow… today is the first day of the last month in 2015; Happy New Month friends. I am still in the mood of the season and I am ready for holiday outfits and celebrations.

If you are yet to decide on what to wear to your work event, I recommend this Chicwish dress for holiday vibes. The vibrant floral peonies give a sense of joy and on this post, I paired it with a button down shirt for a professional look. It can also be paired with a blazer or a deep warm cardigan such as burgundy or fuchsia to complement the floral peonies.
