Summer Fitness Routine

How to stay fit on a busy schedule

Although I am not a fitness buff, I believe exercising daily is very healthy. During my pregnancy, I stayed fit doing Pilates (as seen in the video here), running and participating in different cardio and group training exercises. These days, if time permits, I jog and run and wearing the appropriate shoes is important and this Nike Air Max is just perfect. It really feels like running on air and it is very stylish. There is no harm in looking good when breaking out a sweat.

Other than running and jogging, I also do plank, squats and lunges in-between cooking, laundry or blogging. On a great week, I do about 50 squats and lunges daily. I try to make the best of my spare time.

Gosh! You look amazing. I love it. I never, but never, look this sexy when I work out. I sweat like a thoroughbred horse and my nose runs its own marathon the entire time #chuckles.
