designer Stella Jean never disappoints when it comes to mixing African prints with
a modern twist. The styling, use of colors, prints and patterns is
breathtaking. I love the voluminous skirts, the checkered shirts and hats...so
chic! Definitely a design I will love to see Solange Knowles in.

Details..."attention to particular items; the small elements of a photographic image corresponding to those of the subject." Details are everything when it comes to styling an outfit. It captures the essence of the whole outfit.
I love paying attention to details from accessories to colors and prints...great way to be inspired.
everyone is doing great. I can’t wait to start sharing current pictures with
you. In the meantime, these are some maternity pictures I took a month before
Nolan’s birth. Though I was tired, I managed to put together some outfits for
the shoot. I wanted something free, easy and fun so I went with my H&M maxi
dress with animal prints.
Fashion week is around the corner...not only do you want to dress your best, but you also have to remain true to your style. Start with a statement piece like the skirt above and work around it with supporting accessories. Remember, it is not about overdressing; it is about having confidence.
