Pregnancy Chronicles 2

Finally, my hubby was able to edit this video in-between his busy schedule. This is a follow up to my first 'Pregnancy Chronicles' video which was filmed in my first trimester. In the Chronicles 2, I tried answering some questions while sharing my second trimester experiences. If time permits, I am hoping to do a third video to share my third trimester experiences.

Thank you so much for being a part of this journey. Your love, support and encouragement makes it easier. It is heart warming knowing that through my journey, a lot of you have been inspired and this means a lot to me.

Mustard Floral & Neutral

Hi everyone! How was your weekend? Hope your week started off great. I had a fun filled weekend.  On Saturday morning, I was at the nail salon and had brunch with a friend at Miss Shirley's afterwards. In the evening, I attended a friend's graduation cookout.

Sunday was a great and memorable day for me. My hubby and some friends organized a surprise baby shower in my honor. It was very beautiful and beyond my imagination. I was shocked, in tears, happy and excited...I can't wait to share the video and pictures with you guys.

In this post, I am wearing my new floral Zara print pant which is just right for the spring. I complemented the outfit with neutral pieces i.e. a cream shirt and dusty pink blazer with beige Christian Louboutin pumps.

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a beautiful weekend. For the 2^nd time, happy mothers’ day to all the beautiful moms and expecting ones. I spent the mothers’ day weekend relaxing and I also had a nice dinner with my husband. As I get closer to my due date, my energy level has significantly reduced. In this post, I am wearing for the first time, my Zara slit dress that I bought two years ago...yep, two years ago. Until now, I never had the opportunity to wear the dress. A great feature of the slit dress is the stretchy nature which works perfectly with my growing bump. It was also perfect for the weather, which always starts off really warm and ends very chilly. I completed the look with a red clutch from Asos. If you remember, I did a giveaway on the clutch here. 

In few hours, I will be a year older...whoop! whoop! May 15 is my birthday. I am more excited for the best gift that we are waiting to meet.. our munchkin.

I fell in love with the Asos checkered skirt in this post when I discovered it. I love the length, the stretchy feel and the amazing checkered patterns. In an effort to keep up with the 'black and white' theme, I wore my Asos off shoulder top--it exudes a sexy and classy appeal. Who says a pregnant mama can't look sexy! ;)

Seeing Blue

Hi everyone! Can you believe we are already in the month of May? This means my birthday is in 13 days...how time flies!

Lately, I have been wearing shades of blue and the Asos dress in this post follows that pattern. It is a comfortable outfit that can be worn with flats or heels to dinner dates. While it is not a maternity dress, it is very comfy and stylish.

I decided to pair the outfit with my Della x Urban Outfitters' mini wallet. I am in love with the African prints -- definitely adds a twist of color to the outfit.
